The Whisper Within Retreat
The Courage to Become.
September 24-27, 2026 • Roxbury, New York
For the woman who is ready to align how she's living with who she actually is.
You're not broken. You're not ungrateful. You're not falling apart.
You've been showing up for your work, your family, your relationships, your responsibilities. You've been doing all the things the best you can, and yet, somewhere in all of that, you stopped feeling like yourself. The days are full, but something feels hollow. You're moving, but you're not sure you're moving toward anything that actually matters to you.You tell yourself you'll slow down when things settle, but things don't seem to ever settle. The question underneath it all keeps getting louder:
Is this the life I actually chose?
You feel like you’re constantly doing, but not actually moving toward what matters. You’ve lost track of what you actually want, separate from what you’re supposed to want. You know something needs to change, but you don’t know where to start. You’re the person others count on. You can’t remember the last time someone held space for you.
What if the answer isn’t doing more?
What if the answer isn't doing more, fixing more, or figuring out more? What if the most courageous thing you could do right now is slow down long enough to hear what you already know?Because here's the truth: you already know.Somewhere underneath the noise, the obligations, the pace of your life — there is a version of you that knows exactly what she wants and exactly what needs to change. This retreat is the space to hear her.The Whisper Within is a complete experience with intentional preparation before, a deeply immersive 3-day retreat at its center, and structured integration after, designed to help you align your outer world with your inner wisdom of who you really are.

More Than a Retreat. A Complete Journey.
Pre-Retreat
Align
The work begins before you set foot in the Catskills.
Over the weeks leading up to the retreat, you’ll begin to slow down, get clear on where you are, and start to hear what’s been waiting beneath the noise. What’s included:
Your program workbook — your companion through the entire journey, used during each Zoom, throughout the retreat, and into the integration calls after
4 group virtual sessions to understand the gap between where you are and where you want to be, including a conscious connected breathwork session
Your personal Intention Setting Call — a 30-minute 1:1 with your facilitators
On Retreat
Immerse
The retreat where the deep work happens.
Through intuitive exploration, evidence-based coaching, embodied experiences, and health and wellness integration, you’ll move from knowing something needs to change to knowing exactly what that is — and feeling the courage to act on it.
The programming is co-created and tailored to the women in the room. What’s included:
Private or shared accommodations at Meeker Hollow, Roxbury, NY
All meals, drinks, and snacks (Thursday dinner through Sunday breakfast)
Co-created sessions around four pillars: Grounding & Awareness, Clarifying Values, Courage & Confidence, Integration & Sustainability, with health and wellness as a foundation
Airport transportation
Post-Retreat
Integrate
This is where insight becomes real-life change. Most retreat experiences fade because there’s no structure to support what shifted. The three post-retreat sessions are where you anchor your insights, navigate the obstacles that come up in real life, and build the sustainable momentum that makes this experience last. What’s included:
3 group virtual integration sessions
Accountability structures and community support
Tools for continued growth beyond the program
Three Days in the Catskill Mountains
Slow down, listen to your inner knowing, and gain the courage to take action.
Meeker Hollow is a beautifully restored barn estate on 20 acres nestled in the Catskill Mountains, surrounded by forest with a spring-fed pond and mountain views in every direction. The property has 8 bedrooms, most with their own private ensuite bath. Most women will have their own private room. Some choose to share — with a friend or partner they’re attending with — at a discounted rate. Either way, you’ll have the space to rest, reflect, and be fully yourself. There are expansive decks overlooking the hills, a stone fireplace at the heart of the main living space, a fire pit, a gym, and the kind of long communal table where real conversations happen over really good food. The setting is not incidental. Being removed from your everyday environment — your routines, your responsibilities, your noise — is part of what makes this work possible.
The days are full but not frantic, with time woven in that belongs to you. Sessions are designed to build on one another, with each taking you deeper into the work of the four pillars: grounding into yourself, clarifying what matters, building the courage to act, and anchoring it all into a plan you believe in.
Throughout the journey, you'll experience:
Evidence-based coaching sessions
Practical tools grounded in positive psychology and proven frameworks
Values clarification and strengths work
Understanding who you are and what matters most right now
Abundance mindset and vision work
Moving from scarcity into possibility, and creating a vision for the life you're stepping into

Conscious connected breathwork
Quiet the mind and access your intuition and inner knowing. This powerful practice offers healing, emotional release, and deep stress relief.
Somatic and embodied activities
Connect deeper to yourself and the women with you through movement and play, and honest conversations
Courage practices
Experiential, embodied, and designed to move you out of your head and into action
Health and wellness as your foundation
Because you cannot sustainably live aligned if your body isn’t supported.
By Sunday morning, you’ll leave with clarity, courage, and a concrete plan — a plus circle of women who know you well enough to hold you to it.

What makes this different

It’s a complete container, not just a weekend.
Most retreats give you the middle and send you home. This program wraps intentional preparation and structured integration around the retreat so that what shifts in you actually has somewhere to go.

It’s built for sustainable change, not a peak experience.
The goal is not to feel amazing for a week and then return to the same life. The goal is measurable, lasting momentum — aligned with your values, your strengths, and the life you are intentionally designing.

You are known before you arrive.
Every participant has a personal Intention Setting Call with the facilitators before the retreat begins. We know who you are, what you’re carrying, and what you’re hoping for before day one. The experience is tailored to the actual women in the room.

It honors all of you — mind, body, and soul.
Real, lasting change requires all three. Evidence-based coaching clears the mind. Health and wellness integration supports the body as the foundation for everything. Conscious connected breathwork reaches the soul, moving you beneath the noise and into what you already know.
This is for you if...
You sense that the life you're living and the life you actually want are not quite pointing in the same direction.
Something feels off, even if you can't name it yet. Even if from the outside everything looks fine.
You've been living for everyone else for so long you've lost the thread back to yourself.
You crave depth, real connection, and the kind of honest conversation you rarely get to have.
You've tried to figure this out alone — journaling, podcasts, therapy, other retreats — and something is still missing.
The change you're seeking might be about your career, your relationships, your creativity, your daily life, your sense of purpose — or simply a quiet knowing that something needs to shift. The specifics don't matter. The readiness does.
Meet Your Facilitators
Three lanes, one destination: a life that actually feels like yours
This retreat was created by three women who each bring distinct expertise, lived experience, and professional practice to a single intention: your sustainable transformation.

Ellerie Fuller
Curiosity, resilience, and a love of possibility are part of Ellerie's DNA. Laughter, adventure, and meaningful connection are her love language. And that spirit carried her through an extraordinary 21-year career serving in the U.S. Air Force and Department of Defense. From leadership roles in communications and aerospace to deep work in quality assurance and continuous improvement, she became someone who could see the path forward even when others couldn't, and who genuinely loved lifting people up along the way. After retiring, she followed her heart into a Master of Science in Positive Psychology with a focus in Professional Coaching. The beautiful marriage of hard-won leadership wisdom and the science of human flourishing is the beating heart of everything she does. She shows up as an empathetic listener, a straight-talking coach, and a warm hug all rolled into one — because she believes with her whole heart that you can. And watching the moment a woman starts to believe it too? That's everything.
What Ellerie's work unlocks for you:
Through the lens of positive psychology and appreciative coaching, she helps women peel back the layers of doubt and distraction to find what's been waiting underneath: a bold, purposeful, joy-filled version of themselves. The noise fades, and what you truly want comes into focus. You stop waiting for permission and start moving toward your deepest desires. You reconnect with the why that makes your life feel rich and meaningful. You remember just how capable and alive you are.Her work doesn't just help you figure out what's next — it helps you fall a little bit in love with the journey of getting there.
Caitlin Sunderland
After spending years in a toxic, narcissistic relationship, and just as long after that trying to find herself on the other side of it, Caitlin was completely dissociated and numbed out — a way to cope with the deep pain she didn't fully realize she was still carrying. She was in denial, but she knew she was struggling. She knew she didn't want to keep living the way she was living. Her desire for a life that felt more alive led her to travel. Travel led her to start doing the inner work. Then she experienced her first conscious connected breathwork session, and something inside cracked open. This practice deepened her connection to intuition, opened her ability to feel, and strengthened her sense of self-worth and trust. She knew she needed to share it with others, so she became a certified Psychedelic Breathwork facilitator. All of us carry emotions and traumas, big or small, and those affect how we show up every day, whether we realize it or not. Most of them just need to be felt. Caitlin facilitates in a way that's grounded, approachable, lighthearted, and real, creating a container where you can safely explore what wants to be heard.
What Caitlin's work unlocks for you:
Most of us have spent our lives living in our heads — thinking, analyzing, planning, deciding — and somewhere along the way, we lost our connection to our intuition. The answers we're looking for don't always live in our thoughts. Breathwork quiets the mind, bypasses the stories you've been telling yourself, and opens direct access to your own inner wisdom. It releases what stress and time have layered over you, expands your capacity to feel and be with difficult emotions and experiences, and supports long-term emotional and nervous system regulation. It helps you out of autopilot and back into your truest self.
Tawana Chornes
Tawana is living proof that who you've always been doesn't have to be who you stay.Tawana's journey into health and wellness began with walking her own path of gradual transformation, slowly shifting toward a healthier, more natural way of living. Her personal journey eventually became a professional one — first into healthcare, then natural health, and ultimately into certified health and wellness coaching and positive psychology. But it was an unexpected moment of self-discovery that changed everything. The negativity she had carried for years — the hyper-caution, the constant worry, the guardedness she had always worn as a badge of honor — wasn't just her personality. It was a pattern. And for the first time, it was something she no longer wanted to claim as her own.Positive psychology didn't just give Tawana information — it gave her a mirror. What she saw in that mirror inspired her to pursue her Master's in Applied Positive Psychology and deepen her coaching training through Vanderbilt University's ICHWC-approved program.Today she blends the science of human flourishing with compassionate, personalized coaching to help people do exactly what she did — see themselves clearly, release what no longer serves them, and build a life rooted in genuine health, happiness, and purpose.
What Tawana's work unlocks for you:
Tawana doesn't focus on what's wrong with you. She amplifies what's already strong. Through coaching, she helps you restore your energy, strengthen your mindset, and build sustainable wellness habits that actually fit your life.
